Not to be trusted especially john sales

I returned a car because of a fault and got my old car back.john arranged it for me but the day I picked my old car up I was asked to pay £295.65 for work done on the car for prep resale. Which was not discussed between me a nd John.john was not in the day I went in I was a bit shocked at this cost considering this matter was not at all my fault.so in my opinion hutchings can not be trusted they are not at all reliable in communication I am very very disappointed at this cost to me so people be warned .
