Horrendous dealings from start to finish
Bought my corsa 69 plate 27th of July 2025 , dealt with dom from sales team who had a not very nice attitude from receiving the money from the finance company. Car came with 1 key (which was a spare) asked for another key before I picked the car up advised they would “try” for them never to mention this again. Picked car up everything went smooth until November. Car 2 weeks out of warranty and an oil fault appeared on my dash had this diagnosed which was a wetbelt issue. Contacted the garage and spoke to Russell (manager) who was very hard to get hold of. Manager does not come on site until around 2pm every day and has access to his emails but ignores you and sends 1 email a day if your lucky. I was told due to the car not being in warranty they would not fix this… although being within the first 6 months under consumer rights they should have had some input. Was Falsely sold a car with full service history to only find out the car only has part service history. Russell advised he would fix the car as a gesture of goodwill if Vauxhall would not fix the car ( after having to threaten him with legal action). Manger managed to locate services to get this repaired by Vauxhall , Vauxhall could not fix due to an issue with the service history, I then contacted Russell back to be totally ignored. Total headache for 6 weeks and still no further forward. Avoid this company.
