Seriously avoid this outfit

My experience was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. Two attempts to send a decent video of the car before viewing Takes them 48 hours to send the first video I asked for every chip, scratch, ding and dent to be shown on the video First video was pathetic to be honest Second video showed 1 mark and 2 chips I arrived to view the car, travelling 134 miles each way Car had not been prepared, it was a disgrace Multiple scratches/marks and a dent in a wing Water inside both the rear seat footwells, in the spare wheel well and inside the rear window The car bodywork was very grubby The underside of the rear door and inside the door arches had never even been wiped clean Never have I seen a car presented in such a condition to a potential customer in 39 years of buying cars Quite astonishing and phenomenal considering this car was £10, 500!
