Terrible customer service.

Absolute terrible customer on my card first service. Charged £4.45 plus vat for screen wash when I had already filled it to brim before setting off. Wanted an extra £72 to strip rear brake for a faulty sticking hand brake when it’s only covered 2900 miles and so called under warranty. Terrible dealer
