Callum went above and beyond from start to finish. I was anxious driving an automatic but he was so patient & calming. He was as much a deciding factor in choosing the Toyota brand over the next competitor, as I was torn between 2 brands. He swung it. I feel I can approach him with any query & not feel silly for asking.
