New a3 issues,Audi teeside

Bought a brand new a3 sport back Audi, with the first month had issues at low speed with out warning cut out, took to Audi teeside who could not find a issue,then it happened to them ,still could not find a issue ,their then told me their contacted Audi and was promised 100per cent guaranteed fixed. Whilst turning across a busy a road it cut out with out warning ,thus now dangerous ,contacted them and got them to pick up, keep stating nothing found and started to infer stalling,also after two weeks no feed back and had to chase them down still waiting for a reply to the issue and rejection letter .advice never buy with cash and seek legal advice asap when dealing with issues, look for a different dealet
