Would never buy from Ford again

Car was miss sold to us. We test drove one car and was told that they had two cars ready to go on the forecourt that was exactly the same spec.it was only after trading in our car, insuring the new one and driving home that we discovered that it was not. After lengthly discussion my wife decided to keep the car as she was worried about being stuck without a car and getting to work as our car had been traded in. Ford threw in some free servicing and bodywork treatment package. The car had several problems from the beginning. It has been booked in for them to rectify but unsuccessfully. We have been waiting 5 months for it to go back in. Every time it was booked in they didnt show up to pick it up or we have taken it in ourselves and they have no record of the booking or no courtesy car. The service we have received is diabolical. They dont even bother to ring to say there is an issue with courtesy car. This is not the sort of service one would expect when spending 50k on a car. I am out of pocket by £900 so far for having to miss work due to these incompetent clowns. I would never buy from Ford again and looking forward to giving them their horrible car back.
