Please save yourself to trouble these people lie they do not do the work and when you want to speak to them they are never available. They take your money and the lie to you about the car being serviced and other things and then you find out nothing has been done they don’t want to know once I’ve sold the car. They’re not interested in customer service. They speak to you like you are something off the bottom of their shoes. Lexus UK need to remove the franchise from this dealer, S.E. . Avoid this avoid this avoid this avoid this avoid this avoid this place. I warn you go to another dealership that is not owned by SE even if you have to go miles away do so because these people cannot be trusted.
