Terrible communication

Absolutely appalling service recieved by Jack at Morelands. Continued to promise calls back but never delivered. Technically im still waiting for a call back to tell me I can collect the 370z nismo I was buying from them... was due to arrange collection, car broke. OK fair enough so sent to garage. Promise to update but was my chasing to get updates. Then car broke... again, not sure how the car kept getting broken. But anyway it was the continues lack of communication when promised which was terrible. I wasnt buying a £500 car it was nearly £30k and my dream car! They turned the experience into an awful one, would never ever recommend this company if you actually want communication about the vehicle you're hoping to buy. Like I say, im still waiting to hear from them, last it was left with he would let me know once the car was repaired and ready to collect, that was September. I assumed the car that had been promised to me and taken off sale was mine. How silly of me. But I managed to find my dream car from Paul and Midwest Performance and absolutely pleasure to deal with, if looking for a high quality car with excellent service dont go here. Go to Paul!
