Bad dealer

We looked at a Range Rover on site it had a flat tire and battery was almost flat(and he new we were coming) took for test drive and came back to find passenger door was rubbing against the wing. We wanted the car so he said he would put everything right. We left a £200 deposit to return and few days later to collect the car. The day before we could collect my wife was involved in an accident and taking to hospital. I called him and said what’s happened so postpone the collection. A few days later I called him with the news of my wife that she had multiple fractures and had surgery 3 times to rebuild her legs so we will have to leave the car as she won’t be able to drive for possibly another 6 to 8 months.. His response was very unprofessional and rude and also said he would not refund my deposit.. we haven’t messed him around…this is something we all could do without.. if he could do this imagine what else he would do..don’t trust this man!!!
