Very Poor Service – Ongoing Issue Not Fi

I am extremely disappointed with Stoneacre. I have taken my car to them three separate times for the same issue, and they have failed to fix it every single time. Each visit involved travelling to the service centre, waiting a couple of hours, and leaving with the problem still unresolved. I paid £500 for a five-year warranty, yet when I actually need repairs, they are not willing to help or fix the issue. I’ve been trying for several months to get this sorted, with no success. Customer service has been terrible. Phone calls are unhelpful and feel pointless — no one seems able or willing to assist. I’ve also spent hours online trying to contact them, with no response. I submitted a formal complaint, and to this day I have heard nothing back. Despite failing to fix the problem, they are not willing to refund my money, which would allow me to take my car elsewhere to be repaired. What is most concerning is that they passed my MOT even though the brakes do not work properly, which raises serious safety concerns. Overall, this has been a stressful, frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend Stoneacre based on my experience. Also the reply back to my last review isn’t true. No manager has contacted me or rebook me in.
