A great service & helpful but not pushy

I am not a great one for doing reviews but this is definitely one I wanted to do. We feel so fortunate to have found Parkway. Our car of 6 weeks had been written off by a hit and run driver so naturally wanted to start looking for another car quite quickly (but knew it wouldn’t be that easy - WRONG!) We were greeted by a very friendly man called Paul. We explained our situation and he asked us to have a walk around and see if anything was there that we liked. All made very easy as all the cars had their relevant written details put on their window - so no guessing or having to keep going backwards and forwards to the office asking more questions. We actually found a car we liked the look of and took it for a test drive. The car was not a disappointment and Paul was helpful and very pleasant throughout when answering any of our questions. When we got back we dealt with another man - Phil who dealt with all the paperwork/finances very efficiently with plenty of laughs. We couldn’t actually have the car that night as of course we had no insurance to drive it. So we would go home and contact our insurers asap to sort out new insurance. Next day we were insured and went back to collect our new car. Was again greeted by Paul (who had fallen fell hook, line and sinker for our little Yorkie Gemma and I truly believe if we had said you can have her if we can have the car I am sure he would have agreed ha ha) Car was cleaned and ready to drive away. Lovely chat with the Paul again who we thanked for making this experience a pleasant and painless one. We never once felt pressured into buying a car . We would like to thank these lovely guys officially and send them a BIG thank you for all the help and support given to us
