No Fault here

I have an 8 month old X trail that has had a malfunction twice now, the first time it disapeared after about an hour the 2nd the same but reported it then the third time it stayed on and we couldn't start the car. skip forward 5 days basically Nissan's after sales is virtually non existent so steer clear of this branch and possible even buying a Nissan as we are beginning to regret it and its all becoming very unnecessarily stressful. During this time we haven't even managed or been able to speak to anyone from the branch either.
