Sold me a car with faults

I bought a bmw x6 of the garage x autohaus in lifton Devon It had couple of faults which I tried to contact them to rectify, but could never get hold of them Then today my car broke down with dpf fault and glow plugs issues ,so decided to travel a hour down the road to speak to garage in person I turned up and found the garage had done a bunk So can"t get hold of them
