Sooooo stressful!!

Every year I try and book my car for an annual service at Jemca Bromley. They do a great job once its booked and I have no issues with the service I receive - but booking a service - OH my word its almost impossible. Use the internet and you're told there's no slots available - anytime! Phone and you get cut off after 5 minutes. There's no option to book a courtesy car on the internet. I absolutely hate going through their stupid unworkable systems each year. They need to get a grip!!!
