Avoid!

Bought two cars from this dealership and had an appalling experience from start to finish. When I reasonably asked to negotiate the price, Orlaigh responded by quietly reducing the warranty period I was supposedly “paying for — without explanation or consent**. The lower price quoted wasn’t a discount on the car at all, but a reduction in a warranty I never asked for and was clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice. One car was sold with a “full service history”, despite arriving covered in moss. When asked to provide proof of the service history, they sent documentation for an entirely different vehicle. After delivery, this was brushed off as an “oversight”, while they were simultaneously attempting to extract an additional £500 for charges that related to nothing at all — again later described as their mistake. The second car, also purchased remotely, arrived with missing interior parts and visible water damage to the chrome window trim, none of which was advertised or disclosed during the sales process. This dealership operates on the assumption that customers won’t notice discrepancies or won’t challenge them. Mistakes consistently fall in their favour and are only admitted when caught. This is the first negative review I’ve written in years, and without question the worst dealership I’ve dealt with — and I’ve bought many used cars over time. Avoid
