Being valued as a Motability customer
have been looking around for a Motability vehicle for 3 1/2 months and I had visited over 30 different dealerships, speaking to Motability “experts” and being made to feel, let’s just say unimportant. I was actually about to give up when I took our current vehicle for its MOT and service to here and on a whim to kill some time I went into the Ford showroom. My experience was completely the opposite of everywhere else. Tom sat me down and the first thing he did was offer me a coffee (which I can highly recommend) something nobody else had done. He talked me through all the options and even though it was bucketing down he took me outside to look at the different models. I went back today to place my order for a vehicle and Tom was on lunch so I got to sit with Charlie and again I have to say it was great, no pressure, no rushing but most importantly he like Tom listened and made me feel like a valued customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a Motability vehicle, they are a credit to their dealership.
