I would definitely rate my experience with Ponko as a 5/5. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. My car was ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived and was exactly as described. There was no pressure to make a quick decision and everything was clearly explained. I am really happy with my Audi and would 100% recommend Ponko to anyone and I will certainly make them my first port of call if I decide to change my car in the future. Great job, thank you!
