What a bunch of liars! We agreed a deal online a video was sent of the car which I was happy with, I then phoned and got no reply so emailed back straight away asking how I can secure the car never got a reply then phoned again the next morning and asked for the salesman to call me back which he never did so I reserved the car online myself and never heard back since ! So I got in touch with my local group 1 dealership in Dartford to get the car transferred there as I lost all faith in the chester branch and have now been told by my local branch the car was sold to someone else and apparently someone from the chester branch has already contacted me to tell me this which is a total liar ! They never even had the decency to let me know and still have my reservation fee. Would stay well clear of the chester branch who don’t seem to have any morals or decency and wasted 4 days of my time chasing this.
