Horrendous Experience - Toxic culture

There’s plenty I could say and outline but I am not going to waste my breath. All I can say is that I had a shocking experience with a member of their female staff who was aggressive and bullying towards me. I did email the branch manager who said he would investigate. The last I heard was they couldn’t help me at this time. I imagine that there was no accountability assigned or owned. There is definitely a toxic culture in this branch primarily starting with an elderly receptionist who didn’t like being interrupted after I had stood waiting for several minutes as she chatted to someone that she knew. Buyer please be aware.
