Used approved V90 done largely over the internet. David Armstrong made the whole process painless ( apart from the hit to my bank account!). Handover was excellent with a rather complicated screen interface explained clearly and in terms that didn't assume I had studied computer science. The car was exactly as expected and has performed flawlessly.
