Rubbish
Car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Was stuck for 3 hours, had to fit a new battery myself. Figure out it's a dodgy part that audi agree to change. They cant fix all electrical issues saying it needs to be an audi battery. I wait 6 weeks before I can come in to get the battery changed. End of the day, they tell me its not the battery, its a control unit. They say it will cost £3500 to change and I will have to pay. So from a faulty part that they changed- alternator which caused the electrical issues, WHICH NEVER APPEARED BEFORE, cut to 3 months later to be told that nonsense...... The issue i need to sort was born when the car was in their garage for a week, never seen it before until the minute I drove out the forecourt. Avoid and go to a local mechanic who won't fry your cars electrics, blame it on you and charge you 2 or 3 times what anyone else would. They are as useful as window wipers on a submarine.
