Extremely Poor Service

I had a very bad experience with Craig Motors. I took my motorcycle in for routine maintenance and to have a dashcam fitted. I clearly agreed in advance to 2 hours of labour for the dashcam installation, excluding the cost of the maintenance. However, when I collected my motorcycle, I was shocked to receive an invoice for 2.5 hours. To make matters worse, the dashcam installation was not working at all. Upon inspection, it was clear that the dashcam had been wired incorrectly, with poor and careless installation on both sides. The overall quality of work was absolutely deplorable. I seriously question what kind of technician struggles this much to install a few cables. I was then told that the job required 2.5 hours and two technicians just to fit a dashcam on a motorcycle — which effectively means 5 hours of labour. This is completely unreasonable and unbelievable for such a basic installation. Overall, this was a waste of time and money, with very poor workmanship and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend Craig Motors to anyone who values quality, honesty, or professional standards.December 2025
