Awful experience using this dealer, first off all the didn't have the V5 for some bizarre reason, car wasn't the reg they sold it to me, was still on a private plate. Asked for the 2nd key and was told the previous owner still has it but we will send it to you. Got the car home after a 5 hour drive to find the rear left tire in a very unsafe condition, see pictures. After repeated emails asking for the 2nd key, V5 and to be reimbursed for a new tire, you get the same answer that they are sorting it, then eventually they just stop replying. Car was HPI clear, but on closer inspection you can see that the front bumper, wings and rear bumper have all been resprayed, very badly as well! Would avoid using these guys!!!
