Just spent from 8.00am to 3.30pm waiting in a grotty waiting area for my car to be serviced!!! Just discovered that I should have told them I would wait for the service to happen when I assumed that, having been given a time to arrive, that the service would be a hour or two only. It would have been helpful if I had been told that I needed to tell them I would wait despite being given a time to arrive. Not the only one to discover this problem. Service was good however but communications so very poor. And no updates or information given. Out of 365 days a year - one wasted just waiting!!!!
