Very disappointing experience and no rea

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealer was a highly disappointing experience. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed serious issues, which required repeated contact and follow-ups. Based on my personal experience and post-sale communication, I can state that I did not receive any real support or an effective resolution. Despite attempts to resolve the matter calmly and amicably, I was informed that no further steps would be taken. This approach undermines trust in the seller and raises serious concerns about their after-sales standards. In practice, the customer is left alone with the problem, even when it involves significant faults. Based on my experience, anyone expecting responsibility, transparency, and genuine after-sales support should think very carefully before deciding to proceed with a purchase from this seller.
