Dreadful after sales / customer service

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and initially was pleased with the service, as generally they do everything they can to sell you a car. But it would appear once they’ve sold you a car, the after sales/customer service rapidly declines. Over the last 6 months I’ve been repeatedly messed around by Yeoman’s Worthing, having to constantly chase their employees for answers/updates on reported issues. Most interactions have been unhelpful and borderline rude. Seems like you’re just an after thought once you’ve signed that paperwork. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for any form of customer service or help after purchasing a car. Bitterly disappointed.
