Terrible after service at Newtownabbey

Had a major car issue recently which the service lady at Charles Hurst Nissan Newtownabbey was totally indifferent about (although I bought the car there). She was unhelpful, sullen and rude and her communication skills were zero. I would NEVER deal with them again. If this is how they deal with customers, imagine how they treat your car !!
