Unsafe cars for sale

My daughter bought a car off them 2 months ago, the other day the exhaust started blowing so we took it to a mechanic only to find out it had the complete wrong exhaust in it, that's bad enough but the exhaust they fitted was too small so they welded a bit of pipe onto it to make it fit, they said it had just passed it's MOT, absolutely not a chance, it would have failed instantly, wish I could upload photos, took it back today (Saturday)and was told to leave it there and it'll be sorted by Monday, so time will tell.
