DISGUSTING SERVICE

Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Having made an appointment and been told if the vehicle had sold before that appointment, I would be informed. I was NOT! Having spoken to the sales assistant at length and explained the situation and having got a carer at my own expense to look after my elderly and disabled father, they showed no respect either morally or professionally. One visit was made on an evening where it was cold and icy and we were handed a key and told to go and look at the car at the back of the Lot. Nobody from the sales people came with us. We were sent to find the car at the back of a crammed yard where it was pend in. Using the lights of our phone torches we had a look at it we were interested but needed to see in daylight so had to wait for the weekend. All this I explained when going back and speaking to them sending messages confirming an appointment. And having travelled a second to see the vehicle to be told it had been sold no apology, no explanation! Zero Care! I feel other people need to be worn about how these people conduct their business.
