Lack of communication left me worse off

I took my vehicle in to have paintwork carried out and the whole process felt poorly managed. The biggest issue was that the vehicle was MOT’d without my permission or prior approval. This should never happen without clear consent and it left me feeling frustrated and disregarded as a customer. Having a failed MOT on the vehicles history, seriously impacted the resale value on my car and could have been avoided if communication was clear. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations and has completely put me off returning. I would not use Foray Motor Group again.
