POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was interested in purchasing a van and, as part of my due diligence, I reasonably requested to see the service history documents for the vehicle, as well as the documentation relating to the freezer unit. These are standard and necessary requests for any prospective buyer, particularly for a commercial vehicle. In response, Neil behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner and referred to me as a “time waster.” This accusation is entirely unjustified. To demonstrate my genuine interest, I arranged for a qualified mechanic to inspect the van today at my own expense. This clearly shows that I am a serious buyer and not wasting anyone’s time. Being insulted for requesting basic documentation has left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I believe this conduct reflects poorly on your company and falls well below acceptable professional standards. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response explaining how this situation will be addressed. At the very least, I expect respectful communication and transparency when dealing with potential customers.
