Communication and customer care awful

Communication at this dealership is absolutely disgusting. They also offered the lowest trade in price from several dealerships. They appear to try using a mixture of email and mobile text messages which is very confusing and the sales member of staff had an absolutely shocking level of attention to detail. Try and avoid at all costs. There are a lot of other dealerships out there that adhere to high standards but not this one.
