Terrible dealership

Awful customer service. I would not recommend that anyone purchases a car from this branch. In my experience the service team made false promises, delays and bad valet, however I still proceeded with purchase as I wanted a specific vehicle. Unfortunately this was a mistake as the car had an issue reported within 5 days of purchase (well within warranty period). Its now 12 months down the line, I have been ignored, dismissed and then now there has been 2 failed attempts at fixing this vehicle. They refused to let me take it to an independent garage but can also not fix the issue as they advised it was just ‘debris’ and returned it twice in the same condition with the same issue. Do not waste your money with this place.
