Don't Purchase a New or Used Vehicle

I booked my car in for a health check at Renault Cardiff, expecting professional service and safety advice from a main dealer. Shockingly, I was NOT told about a nail in my tyre during the visit. Instead, I received an email the following day with a photo of the nail and a price for a new tyre at the bottom. This means I drove for over 24 hours with a nail in my tyre, risking a blowout and serious accident. For a main dealer, this is completely unacceptable. Safety should be the top priority, and failing to inform a customer immediately about a dangerous fault is negligent and irresponsible. If you value clear communication and basic safety standards, think twice before trusting Renault Cardiff.
