Avoid Motorland

Avoid Motorland – dishonest and poor customer service I bought a car (registration DN14…) from Motorland for £4,000. Shortly after purchase, I discovered multiple serious faults, including problems with the shock absorbers, an engine oil leak, and a front headlight that does not work. When I contacted Motorland about these issues, their customer service was appalling. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a faulty car, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Although they claimed to give me a £500 “discount,” when it came to refunding me, I was only given £3,700 back. £300 was kept by them, despite the car being faulty in the first place. I believe this money was unfairly taken from me. Overall, this was a very stressful experience and I feel robbed. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Motorland unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with poor customer service.
