Excellent sales team

We bought our car in 2024, upon accepting the vehicle we soon found faults, some resolved others not. The sale person Lee was fantastic, made my family very welcome to the dealership. After sales was appalling, once an issue was raised they didn’t want to follow up, they avoided phone calls. They asked if they could take the vehicle on an extended road test and that in my mind meant that a technician would go from the dealership to home, no, it often went from A to B to C to D then parked at the persons home over night then back to the workshop the next day, one time the person who had the car on extended road test must have picked all his kids mates up from a sporting event as there was grass in the footwell, marks on the headlining and this was acceptable when the vehicle was handed back to me. The aftersales constantly stretch the truth. A part needed to be fitted under warranty, the manufacturer of the vehicle had said they would repair under their extended warranty but GC wanted a lot of money to sort it. I refused and have since had the repair done myself at a fraction of the cost. Sales great, aftersales shocking
