DO NOT USE FOR VAN HIRE

Do not hire a van from here!!! After appalling and patronising “service”, they have taken weeks to give us only part of our money back! We did not use the van due to the van itself being unusable! Warning lights, no fuel and the back door wouldn’t open! No one was there to even meet us open arriving so, no license check was completed. Their argument for not giving us a full refund even though we received awful service and then could not use the product was they took insurance out. Insurance with no license checks? No receipt given even when asked? I am highly concerned for the validity of the whole business and the legality of their services due to the lack of checks required for said services offered. The state of seats inside as well! No proper information or organisation. I am so disappointed. They are conveniently always busy when you ring and always promise to ring back and then never do. When you finally do speak to the owner, you are met with attitude and patronising arrogance. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to use this “service” because you will be met with issues from every angle.
