They ruined all my alloys

My car was in for a recall at BMW Cheltenham I trusted them with my car only to get it back with three of my black alloys all scratched up where they have put it on the ramp no apologies I’ve complained and some one was supposed to call me they haven’t it’s awful customer service only took it there because it was there fault fitting the wrong part on my car will never take it there or buy a car from them again .
