I’ve had a consistently professional experience with the service team over multiple visits, starting from early December through to a recent follow-up. The work carried out included a gearbox service, cam magnet replacement, belts, tensioners and pulleys, brake discs and pads, along with several inspections along the way. Throughout the process, communication was clear, patient, and transparent. When a concern arose after the gearbox service, the team handled it properly taking the time to inspect the car, explain the findings in detail, and reassure me without rushing or pressure. The technicians were knowledgeable, and I appreciated the professionalism shown across all visits, including the goodwill inspection and clear explanation of next steps. Overall, a calm, well-managed experience with genuine attention to detail and customer care. I’ve felt informed and respected at every stage and would be happy to return and recommend them to others.
