I purchased an Audi Q7 from this company DK16 KLD back in 2023 which came with problems from the very start as I took the car for a health check I was told this car should not be on the road the day of purchase the MOT was done so the MOT was bent that was put on the vehicle. I tried to return the vehicle and Imran at ih performance refused to give me a refund within the first six months, I come to find out the car needs a new engine replacement leaving me with no alternative but to seek help through the courts 19 months later I won my court case against this man and his company awarded me my full refund and a 15% on top of that, in court Imran has been told to dispose of the vehicle anybody to buy a car from this company or this person should have RAC to come out and check the cars or have them re-MOT straight away if you must purchase from this company, be very wary of what you purchased from this company
