We purchased a vehicle back in April 2025. The after sales service has been nothing short of appalling. When we went to collect the vehicle there were 3 chips in the windscreen. We pointed these out to the salesman (Nick). He advised that Evolve would cover the cost of a replacement windscreen/repair. We took Nick at his word and went through with the purchase. Since that day we have chased by email, phone and in person for the windscreen to be replaced with absolutely no resolution or success. The suggestion was that we should claim for this on our insurance, despite the damage being caused pre-policy inception. We do not have glass cover on our policy and informed Evolve of this. We have sincw been asked to send quotes across for a new windscreen, which we have done from various windscreen repairers. We were told that a local company had been appointed and paid to do the works, we went to see them and they had no knowledge of the job, nor had they received payment. We have called again today and been informed by the Manager that Evolve are not going to repair or replace the windscreen, they have lied for months. I have an email trail with requests for quotes and reassurances that they will "put this right" but now, some 9 months on we find ourselves left out of pocket and lied to. Please do not waste your time and money with this organisation. Read and believe all of the negative reviews on here, we wish we had.
