Accident Damaged BMW i3

I am presently in the process of rejecting my vehicle from Autopark Meadowfield. All statements are honest and transparent and based on fact. I am aware that Autopark may try to discredit my statements on this and subsequent reviews but that is to be expected. Please use my reviews moving forward to measure the responses from the seller and progress for yourself and form your own opinion as to whether you should purchase a vehicle from this business. It is a very simple case for rejection under my consumer rights and I have issued the business with a formal rejection letter that I have given them the required time to respond. Previously to this I tried to resolve this informally on 30.12.25 by email but recieved no response at all and was ignored. I have also contacted the AA mediation service in an attempt to resolve the issue. As the seller is a registered AA partner they have commitments under those terms which they have fell short of and I await the responses from the AA as well.I purchased a BMW i3 from Autopark in September 2025 and to be fair the process was OK and the car was and still is a good car. HOWEVER - I noticed poor fitment of the rear bumper when cleaning it and as a precaution i did a HPI check which came back as previous rear end accident damage. Autopark will have been aware of this at point of sale but in my opinion decided not to declare this registered damage. Whilst the vehicle is not classed as a "category car" it still is formally recorded as accident damaged and I should have been made aware. This fundamentally affects future sale value, desirability and transparency of the vehicle. I would not have purchased this particular car if they had disclosed the truth as they should have been transparent that it has historical recorded accident damage. The irony is that they had two BMW i3's at the time and i would have probably just bought the other one.Lets see how we get on !!
