From start to finish, the whole experience with Brookeside Group was excellent. The sale ran very smoothly and Nick and Peter went above and beyond to make sure the car was exactly as described, sending detailed images and full service history before I travelled. I came down by train and was collected from the station, which was a really nice touch and sums up their approach to customer service. I also purchased the warranty, which has proven to be worth its weight in gold. Despite living over 300 miles away, their aftersales support has been outstanding — they’ve treated me as if I were just down the road. This is very much a friendly, professional family business rather than a big corporate dealer, and it shows in everything they do. Thank you Nick and Peter — a genuinely great service.
