Having read some poor reviews of the VW dealership in Marsh Barton, Exeter. I was prepared for a quick visit before going to see my back up dealership, Kia. I initially spoke to Nick and then Phil H. Both were extremely professional, and helpful. Phil H spent a lot of time with us trying to find exactly what add ons and model I would like. He was extremely patient and knowlegable. I never felt rushed or patrionised. I was treated like a valued customer. No need to visit my back up dealership. Thank you
