Buying my car online could have been very stressful but Adrian made the whole experience stress free. He was polite, knowledgeable and very happy to answer my questions, of which there were many! Living in Scotland meant I was unable to visit the showroom in person but Adrian dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and I had my new Volvo delivered within a week.
