Aggressive and Condescending

I was put in contact with this deal via Zuto. Zuto are very good but seems they have a contract with this dealer unfortunately. He was pleasant at first, but unfortunately this didn't last. The car was delivered late, two key fobs both had dead batteries, a car battery that had failed and faulty bonnet latch sensor resulting in the car alarm spontaneously going off every few hours or sometimes within 30 minute throughout day and night, this was left like this for 5 days outside my house, plus a screw heavily embedded with old dried dirt into tye front nearside tyre. I had to chase him and and his promised call backs were not fulfilled, this is without adding the bad attitude experienced after an hour after the car was delivered when the faults became apparent. Further to this we are 7 weeks or so into having the car, the clutch bearing is faulty and the turbo is cracked. This started by a noticeable vibration of the centre part of the dashboard nearest to the windscreen, when the car had warmed up and under load with more than one person in the car. Apparently this happened in my presence the dealer has stated, blame culture, but offers a warranty. He also assured me he had a diagnostics report completed on this vehicle, when I requested a copy, it was refused and he became aggressive. Further to this, Zuto contacted him, he was extremely aggressive to Zuto too. He has also assured me on several occasions he has completed the DVLA form, transfer of keeper, to date this has not been completed and confirmed by DVLA. I would not recommend this type of person to deal with the general public. If you prefer an easy life, stay away, he is dishonest. I am sure when responding he will act shocked at my review and be deeply upset. But unfortunately all can be proven. Regards Jason
