AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS I purchased a car from Woodson Cars Ltd on 31st Jan 2026. On the driver’s side floor of the car, there is a large hole not only in the car mat but also in the carpet itself. This was never disclosed to us during the viewing or throughout the purchase process. It had been deliberately concealed by a bag placed on the driver’s side floor, which I was told was there to stop the mat from getting dirty. I only became aware of the damage after removing the bag the next day. I contacted the dealership the next day they were open to report this. Their response was that they “can’t do anything” because I signed paperwork stating I was happy with the car. Regardless of paperwork, the dealership has a responsibility to make the buyer aware of significant damage, especially something as obvious and serious as a hole in the carpet. This was clear dishonesty and concealment from the dealership. Adam was unwilling to resolve the issue and repeatedly hid behind the fact that paperwork was signed, rather than trying to address the problem. My solicitors are now dealing with this matter. I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership.
