FORD FOCUS ST LINE MV67
⭐ 1 Star – Delivered Vehicle With Immediate Faults & Poor Resolution I purchased a vehicle from Opulent Motors which was delivered to me, and within hours of delivery multiple faults became apparent. These included warning lights, interior safety concerns and a non-functioning radio. The vehicle was clearly not of satisfactory quality at the point of supply. A repair was authorised, however the issues were not properly rectified and further defects were identified. I was subsequently informed that there was an outstanding manufacturer recall which had not been resolved prior to delivery. The garage involved recommended a particular repair route, which was declined, and there were also issues surrounding payment to the garage. Communication became increasingly inconsistent and the situation unnecessarily stressful. As a result, I have formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumers should reasonably expect that vehicles supplied — especially when delivered — are roadworthy, free from immediate defects and compliant with manufacturer recall requirements. Based on my experience, I would urge prospective buyers to independently verify recall status, inspect thoroughly, and ensure all assurances are documented in writing.
