Buying my first car

I visited Baylham Autos following a recommendation from a friend. Luke could have not been more helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of buying my first car. After taking it for a test drive, I discovered that the mechanism for moving the drivers seat was broken. When I mentioned this to Luke, he offered to have it repaired or replaced as necessary in order for the car to be in as good a condition as possible. When I picked my car up at the prearranged date and time, Luke had replaced the seat and thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out. He also went through the pre-delivery inspection checklist with me and explained about the 3 month warranty. All in all, I could have not been more impressed with the service I received from Luke and would highly recommend Baylham Autos.
